Duties will include running pre-employment screenings on prospective applicants, completing new hires, exit interviews, FMLA tracking, benefits enrollment, and assisting with all day-to-day HR related activities. Requires excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and strong Excel skills. One year of general clerical experience required along with a working knowledge of Word and Excel. Experience working in Human Resources is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
