Human Resources Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting strategic initiatives.

Human Resource Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Assist in strategic planning efforts by gathering data and preparing reports.
  • Develop training materials and assist in training development for new employees.
  • Manage conflict resolution within the team by facilitating discussions and providing solutions.
  • Support HR sourcing activities, including posting job openings and screening candidates.
  • Utilize HR software such as Taleo and ADP for managing employee records and payroll processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and assist in human resources management tasks.
  • Oversee social media management to enhance the company's online presence and engagement.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access to important documents.

Human Resource Administrative Assistant Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of human capital management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing tools, including Taleo and ADP.
  • Knowledge of employment labor law is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
