**What Youll Do:**

Processing data or documents that assist in the preparation for pre-closing and/or post-closing tasks that consist, but not limited to, order entry, lendertitle request, mortgage payoff, HOA, recordings, and file disbursement. General in-office duties such as supply orders, sort and deliver incoming/outgoing mail, and welcome visitors.

+ Able to successfully operate in a virtual environment, which requires a highlevel of commitment

+ Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high volume environment

+ Organization guru, paying attention to pipelines and completing tasks in a complete, error-free way

+ Devoted to detail, discovering missing, incorrect or incomplete items, bringing them to the attention of the escrow office

+ Multi-tasker, being able to work in a fast-paced environment, processing many pipelines and tasks simultaneously under deadline pressure

+ Strong communicator, with good written and verbal skills; for internal and external customers

+ Willing to work in a paperless environment

**Qualifications:**

+ One to two years of previous data entry experience is required

+ One to two years of escrow processing is preferred

+ Ability to learn company specific software programs

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
