Job Level: Technical Leadership-T 1 Job Description:The HSE Specialist will join a team of HSE professionals responsible for the development, management and execution of Health, Safety, & Environmental programs at the site including the engagement of associates to influence and drive the HSE culture. The position reports directly to the site HSE Manager and will primarily focus on health and safety. The ideal candidate will be energetic, eager to learn and coach others, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate initiative, and be attentive to detail. What are we looking for? Minimum Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Related discipline. Strong safety regulatory knowledge (OSHA).1-3 years experience implementing safety in a manufacturing environment.
