Position Summary:
The HRIS & Data Operations Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of HR systems and data processes. This role ensures accurate employee data across platforms, supports daily HR operations, and partners cross-functionally to optimize processes and drive data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data integrations across Workday, ADP, and other HR systems to ensure seamless and accurate data flow.
- Process employee lifecycle events—new hires, rehires, transfers, terminations, and leaves—ensuring updates are completed accurately and promptly in all relevant systems.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data consistency and compliance across HR platforms.
- Provide first-level support for employee questions via the HR inbox and ticketing systems, ensuring prompt and clear responses.
- Use Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs) and similar tools to analyze and verify data, supporting broader HR data governance initiatives.
- Train and support managers and HR partners on system usage, process adherence, and data management best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement improvements.
- Support various HR projects and ad hoc initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and system functionality.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR data management roles.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of HR data governance, standards, and compliance.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets and HR systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional service and work effectively across departments and organizational levels.
