HRIS Specialist HRIS Specialist Job Summary: This person will administer and maintain the HR modules in the PeopleSoft Human Resources Information System (HRIS), to include developing business reports and data collection for interdepartmental and business units needs utilizing query skills, Microsoft Office, Qlik reporting and Crystal report writer. Ensures continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization to include user systems training, system upgrade support and system data integrity. Provides technical/administrative support for the HRIS Talent Management Systems. HRIS Specialist Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor???s degree
- 3 years??? experience with relational databases, developing queries, linking tables, reporting, and performing analysis in systems such as PeopleSoft, Access, SQL, SAP, Ceridian, Lawson, or others.
- 1 year experience in report writing, utilizing macros, formulas, and advanced functionality i.e., Excel, Crystal Reports, Qlik reporting, or other report writers

HRIS Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and generate regular HR reports on key metrics such as employee turnover, retention, absenteeism, hiring trends, diversity, and compensation.
- Creates ad-hoc and customized reports, data requests and dashboards for leadership, HR team and department heads.
- Designs and maintains documentation on all HR systems processes.
- Provides PeopleSoft, SmartRecuriters and Clickboarding system training to new and existing end users.
- Work closely with IT and HR teams to ensure the integration of HR systems and tools for reporting purposes.
- Acts as liaison between IT and users to investigate and troubleshoot system issues.
- Maintains and updates employee data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all HR systems and reports.
- Promotes proactive approaches using the PeopleSoft HRMS to solve business needs/problems, while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRMS capabilities.
- Provides technical and administrative support for the HRIS Talent Management Systems.
