Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range $101,152.00/yr - $126,440.00/yrPosition Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement solutions for HR and Payroll systems, including integrations, upgrades, modifications, and enhancements, with a strong focus on the UKG Pro WFM application and its intricate functionalitiesCreate detailed logic and requirements documentation to program in-house solutions and facilitate seamless integration with third-party vendor applications, translating complex business objectives and user needs into precise technical specificationsDevelop and enhance custom applications, interfaces, and portals utilizing tools such as Boomi, APIs, SQL, and other HR Technology platforms to optimize HR and Payroll processesLead the design and development of robust integrations and interfaces between diverse HR systems, specializing in personnel data flow, security, and integrity, while tracking and resolving any issuesProvide expert problem analysis and resolution for existing applications and actively support ongoing HR technology projects, ensuring optimal system performance and data accuracyGenerate analytics, ad-hoc or custom reports, and custom data views for various business units, extracting high-quality, timely HR information to support strategic decision-makingWillingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the timeOther duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field with 6 plus years of experience in application/system development, integration, data modeling, database management, and technical documentation, with experience in end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro WFM timekeeping system or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of above related experiencePreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's DegreeStrong experience required in UKG Pro Workforce Management and UKG Pro, with expertise in Google Big Query (DataHub) and Dell Boomi (Boomi certification a plus)Strong technical experience in MS SQL development, BI reporting tools, SSIS, SSAS, stored procedures, Cognos, UDES and related tools that focus on data integration and reportingExceptional technical proficiency in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex integrations, encompassing data flow, mapping, transformation rules, cross-reference tables, sFTP, and file import/export, with a proven ability to resolve highly intricate issuesBenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
