HRIS Analyst - General RV Center : Job Details

Maintains optimal function of the organization's internal HR information services systems, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules. Maintains internal files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security. Assists with the implementation, modifications, and upgrades of the Oracle Cloud HCM software and applications to meet changing business and technology. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR and IT employees. Consults with business teams to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; assists in recommendations and operationalizing the solutions. Creates custom reports and documentation. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management required.
