Job Description
The HRConnect Consultant acts as the point of contact for employees and managers HR inquiries providing them with outstanding HR service and maintaining high customer satisfaction. In this role, you will help AbbVie colleagues succeed at work by supporting them in resolving HR-related queries and processing transactions as a contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice to employees and managers related to HR processes, system time and absence tracking, policies, and general questions through various channels like phone, chat, or email.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the employees by using the right methods and tools (procedures, policies, knowledge databases).
- Navigate employees and managers with self-service transactions and processes.
- Maintain data in our HR system (Workday).
- Manage HR documentation (employment contracts).
- Cooperate closely with colleagues from other HRConnect Teams for outstanding service delivery.
- Initiate conversations with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., Business HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance, and others) to constantly improve service quality and efficiency.
- Actively look for continuous improvement ideas and run some initiatives towards process improvements and automation.
- Keep the process documentation up-to-date.
- Deliver system and process training to new joiners.
- Support any projects run within the Business area.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience (1-3 years).
- Strong written and oral communication skills inEnglish (C1) and German (C1).
- Experience with HR service and processes as well as HRIS tools and systems considered an asset.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to the changing environment quickly.
- Team player attitude and transparent communication skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in project management considered an asset.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree.
