Title: HRBP Agile Manager Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid 3/2) Duration: 12 Months Contract Compensation: $43 – $77/hr Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. HRBP Agile Manager Job Description: Reporting to the HRBP Agile Lead (EF, Commercial R&D), the HRBP Agile Manager will build trusted relationships with business leaders for their respective customer groups (EF, Commercial, R&D) within their geographical region that enables the creation of an HR Operational Plan that outlines the key priorities to achieve business results whilst aligning with company's imperatives. The incumbent is expected to provide people solutions, deliver and manage people processes, programs, and initiatives that drive business outcomes and contribute exceptional employee experience. You will create and maintain an engaging work environment within the team and serve as an HR ambassador by defining and communicating a compelling and values-based work culture among your client groups. This is a hybrid role, which requires onsite work. Summary Owns the development of the HR operational plan and its delivery for the assigned client group in alignment with the Strategic HRBP guidance and the One HR Strategic Imperatives. Influences and builds relationships with senior business leaders and people managers to reinforce HR's position as a trusted advisor to the business on core topics such as: Talent & Development, Industrial Relations, Change Management, Organizational Design, Strategic Workforce Planning. Drives the implementation and recommendations of corporate policy and practices related to human resources, supports organization and employee development, and resolves complex employee/team management challenges. Supports/leads efforts towards organizational design in different layers of the organization. Participates in the deployment of global change management projects for HR and Business excellence. Advise employees and managers on total rewards matters on an ad hoc basis. Apply critical thinking skills to enhance efficiency and provide proactive solutions for business leaders, all while maintaining a unified One HR approach. Provides insights and enables managers to activate employee survey action plans through the organization to continue to sustain our collaborative, global and dynamic work environment. Drives the talent and development efforts within the client group. Provides employees and managers with coaching for development and insights towards development action of talent pipeline. Take responsibility for delivering on the KPI's for the annual core HR cycle, incl. performance management reviews, annual compensation/talent reviews. Develops and implement new concepts to solve business challenges and proactively uses data analytics to share insights and trends. Contribute with relevant experience and knowledge as a member of a community of practice in key areas of focus for the HRBP Agile Team such as Industrial Relations and Organizational Design. In which involvement in cross-country, cross-functional projects, transformation activities or additional initiatives will be required. Minimum Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree, in Human Resources Management, Business, related field required. IT skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT. 5 years HR Management experience, preferably in Human Resources Business Partnering or HR Business Consultant roles, working in dynamic global organization. Experience leading/contributing to Org. Design, Change Management, Talent & Development projects. Deep and broad knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic global organization. Self-starter, can do” mentality, resilient and amenable in embracing new ways of working. Capable of managing ambiguity and recommending effective solutions. Solution oriented HRBP expert with proven track record of tackling difficult and often complex problems that require analysis and consideration of multiple business areas within and outside HR. Able to manage large projects/processes simultaneously independently. Preferred / Nice to Have Qualifications: HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIDP or another internationally recognized credential) preferred. Versed in agile organization/ways of working preferred. Demonstrated experience in HR leadership roles preferred. Consulting skills preferred.
