Guides the day-to-day activities for a team responsible for Human Resource (HR) tasks. Serves as a strategic partner to the business providing consultative and operational support. Helps implement strategies consistent with the Butterball Way culture and the business goals. Key Responsibilities - Supervises the day-to-day activities of a team of entry level individual contributors. Provides guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful completion of tasks. Participates in HR activities such as hiring, terminations, performance management, goal setting, team member development, scheduling, etc. Enforces systems, policies, and procedures. - Plans, organizes, and guides the administration of department activities, providing technical direction in functional areas of expertise.
