HR Staffing Specialist - Temporary - Kintock Group : Job Details

This full-time, non-exempt position, under the supervision of the Human Resource Manager and is responsible for managing and facilitating all recruiting efforts for the designated location from start to finish. This process includes but is not limited to understanding departmental needs, sourcing candidates using various methods, and acting as a liaison between the candidate and hiring managers. JOB REQUIREMENTS Work with local management to identify staffing needs Create and manage the internal and external job posting processes. Sourcing and screening candidates using internal and external databases (i.e. Applicant track log, Recruiting database) Coordinating and scheduling interviews with appropriate supervisors Conducting interviews and phone screenings Attending job fairs and other recruitment events.
