HR Specialist - Records Custodian, 32 hours per week, 4 days per week Starting rate:# $24#per hour The HR Specialist # Records Custodian will serve as an integral member of the HR team and will assist with facilitation of the new hire on-boarding process by ensuring that all new hires files are audited for compliance. Provides administrative support to the Employee Relations Manager and HRIS Specialist when needed. Facilitates the processing of information relevant to employee recordkeeping and ensures compliance with ongoing professional licensure in accordance with legal requirements. Serve as a member of the HR Audit Committee with regard to the annual employee performance evaluation process. Essential Job Qualifications ###### 1.### Education:#Bachelor#s Degree in Business or HR preferred or equivalent related experience ###### 2. ## Experience:#Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous Human Resources records management experience preferred.
