Role Overview

Genus plc invites applications for the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Coordinator role. Located in Hendersonville, TN with hybrid work options. This position is part of the Group HR organization that works across business areas and reports to the Global HR Shared Services Manager. The HRSS Coordinator processes HR changes within global and regional systems and ensures accurate data for payroll and benefit transactions. The salary range for this position is $49,000 - $56,000 USD per year. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer, including role responsibilities, experience, location, education, and key skills.

You Will
  • Receive and respond timely to HR Service inquiries with accurate and professional responses.
  • Evaluate and analyze employee requests or concerns, interpret situations, and determine appropriate resolutions or transactions.
  • Provide initial support to all employees with high customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness.
  • Prepare documentation reflecting compliance and standard processes for internal HR partners.
  • Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle transactions.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) when completing processes.
  • Provide basic benefits support to employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information.
  • Ensure regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements Basic Qualifications (required):
  • At least one year of administrative experience (e.g., payroll, HR, training, finance, employee database entry) or equivalent administrative duties.
  • Ability to complete HR transactions accurately and timely within HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to answer general HR policy, payroll and benefits questions.
  • Meet deadlines to ensure timely payroll processing and accurate employee payments.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal partners to ensure processes are completed accurately and timely.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (already stated).
  • Understanding of basic HR and benefits processes.
  • Bilingual English & Spanish.
