  • Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA Brief OverviewSupports the flow of goods and services through the supply chain. Coordinates all aspects of the process, from sourcing raw materials to shipping finished products to customers.What you will do
    • Coordinates with other members of the supply chain including suppliers, vendors, shipping companies, and warehouse managers to ensure all shipments are delivered on time.
    • Maintains inventory levels by ordering materials needed.
    • Coordinates with marketing teams to identify and resolve any issues causing disruptions to the supply chain.
    • Communicates with vendors regarding order status or delivery issues to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain.
    • Reviews inventory levels, prices, and vendor contracts to identify areas for improvement in efficiency or cost savings.
    • Ensures compliance with applicable federal laws, state regulations, and company policies regarding hazardous materials handling. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements such as those pertaining to labeling and shipping times.
    • Identifies potential risks in the supply chain and develops plans to mitigate these risks.

  • Requisition Job DescriptionRequisition Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe HR Senior Coordinator serves as the on-site, level one HR contact for colleagues and plays a key role in supporting the HRBP in identifying, diagnosing, and executing solutions for people-related opportunities while creating an outstanding employee experience. The Coordinator provides HR support to all levels of DC leadership and sites in a variety of ways, including maintaining HR related reporting and databases, interpreting data, making recommendations, facilitating employee listening sessions, and escalating high level issues to the HRBP.Job Responsibilities:Data and InsightsLeverage insights from analysis of complex data to make process improvement recommendations to leaders and HRBP.Develop a variety of HR reporting (turnover, retention, staffing, etc.) as requested by HRBP or leadership.Compile, organize, interpret, and present large amounts of complex data in a way that facilitates leader and HRBP decision-making.Partner with leaders to monitor LOA trends, make recommendations, escalate issues to the appropriate contact, and follow issues through to resolution.Assist in the compilation of data related to litigation.Maintain and protect security of on-site personnel files and adhere to schedule for disposition of files.Workforce PlanningCollaborate with the central hiring team and site leaders, including participating on weekly staffing calls, tracking applicants through the process as needed, and supporting pre-screening activities.Monitor and drive the maintenance and achievement of the site staffing model. Identify the impacts of a variety of factors (leaves of absence, absenteeism, part time to full time ratios, etc.) on ideal staffing levels.Partner with HRBP and business leaders to ensure talent processes are completed effectively and consistently across the organization.Drive and track good faith efforts related to Strategic Diversity Initiatives.Support Workforce Initiative programs.Manage & organize contingent labor processes.Culture & Engagement AmbassadorCollaborate with site leadership to schedule and facilitate listening sessions regularly with employees on a variety of shifts. Prior experience with staffing and recruiting.Frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management. Able to drive projects and task to completion independently.Ability to work with all levels of the organization.EducationHigh school or GED requiredBachelors degree preferred
Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $40.54This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
