Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Representative - Onboarding to join our Easterseals NH & VT team! This individual in this key position will be responsible for onboarding assistance and compliance with state, federal and Agency policy and procedures. Responsibilities include:

• Provide assistance and support to the HR Business Partners in the processing of candidates for hire.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal and Agency policies and procedures during the onboarding process.

• Facilitate the onboarding process to include: Assistance to candidates in the application process, Working with candidates to obtain required documentation, Obtaining or verifying references, Obtaining or verifying motor vehicle records, criminal background records, etc., Ensuring all fingerprinting is completed according to program regulations, Scheduling and confirming attendance at Agency orientation and Creating personnel files

• Provide up to date reporting regarding the status of candidates in progress to HRBP, Hiring Managers and/or others as appropriate.

• Assist Community Recruiter with developing and fostering community resources, developing a pipeline for potential candidates.

• Participate and assist with job fairs, open interviews and other community events.

• Assist with the development and execution of recruiting plans. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, colleges etc., to develop and execute recruiting plans.

• Travel to office sites required.

** This is an on-site position, located at our Manchester, NH office **

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree preferred

• Three (3) to five (5) years related HR experience, recruitment experience preferred

• Computer proficiency, organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information

• Excellent customer service skills

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $21 hourly, based on experience and education.

Hours:Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
