JOB DURATION 12 months
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conducts and completes new hire orientations, for new hires and status transfers.
- Enters new hire information and employee data, within Workday and myStaffingPro systems.
- Provides assistance and support for benefits administration and annual open enrollments; responds to inquiries and provides resolution to issues.
- Communicates, coordinates, responds, and resolves to/with the Accounting/Payroll Department and corporate office, regarding various human resources matters and issues.
- Responds and resolves various inquiries, questions, and issues from employees and staff, regarding human resources matters.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent. OR 2 years of HR Administrative Experience. or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience.
- Maintain professional composure when dealing with emotional or confrontational circumstances.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Organizational skills, with an eye for the details.
- Problem solving skills, discretion, and tact.
