Acts as a resource for employees and leaders regarding Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures. Supports HR Relationship Managers primary areas of responsibility for employee relations and HRIS data integrity. Job Description:Education:Required: Bachelors degree. Licensure/ Certification:Preferred: HR certification. Experience:Required: Three (3) years of HR experience. Preferred: HR experience in healthcare. Reports To: HR Relationship Manager Supervises: N/ A Ages of Patients: N/ A Blood Borne Pathogens: Minimal/ No Potential.
