The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. This position requires strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies. As a Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that we meet our staffing needs efficiently and effectively. Duties
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that reflect the requirements of each position.
  • Utilize various recruiting platforms, including ATS systems and tools such as Workday and UltiPro, to manage the recruitment process.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Negotiate job offers with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies and practices.
  • Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions within the ATS.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems; experience with Workday or UltiPro is a plus.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to negotiate offers effectively while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of employee orientation processes is beneficial.
  • Experience in executive recruiting is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
