As a Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that we meet our staffing needs efficiently and effectively. Duties
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that reflect the requirements of each position.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms, including ATS systems and tools such as Workday and UltiPro, to manage the recruitment process.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Negotiate job offers with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies and practices.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions within the ATS.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with ATS systems; experience with Workday or UltiPro is a plus.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to negotiate offers effectively while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Knowledge of employee orientation processes is beneficial.
- Experience in executive recruiting is a plus but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
