HR RECRUITER - BILINGUAL SPANISH - Pilgrim's Pride Corporation : Job Details

Pilgrims is looking for an HR Recruiter to efficiently and effectively fill open hourly plant staffing positions through the recruiting as well as onboarding processes. They will provide HR support services to all team members including interpreting and translating between Spanish and English. This role will be based in at our processing plant in Cold Spring, MN. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Posts openings and tracks applicants using spreadsheets and SharePoint. Maintain knowledge of all plant operational movement and changes and proactively focus on maintaining full staffing levels at all times.
