Our client, a water technology provider, is seeking an HR People Operations Coordinator for a 6 contract opportunity located in Auburn, NY. This role is fully onsite. Overview The HR People Operations Coordinator is the main point of contact for employee and manager questions related to HR, payroll, and benefits. This role supports HR operations by handling system transactions, maintaining records, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring a high level of customer service and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Respond to HR-related questions via email, phone, and in-person Process transactions in HR systems like Workday and Cisive Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including I-9 and E-Verify Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation compliance Support employees with benefits, timekeeping, and system access Keep HR policies and portal content up to date Review and approve personal information changes Escalate issues to HR teams as needed Provide support fo...Operations Coordinator, Operations, Coordinator, HR, Support, Manufacturing, Staffing
