Responsibilities HR / Payroll Administrator:

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Processing weekly, semi-monthly, and commission payrolls
  • Be onsite at multiple dealerships within the vicinity as needed
  • Onboarding and terminating employees
  • Ensuring HR compliance
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Preparing management reports

Requirements - HR / Payroll Administrator:

  • Experience in Payroll Required
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized, able to multi-task, and work independently
  • Must have excellent computer skills
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Experience in the following applications a plus:
  • ADP Workforce Now
  • Reynolds and Reynolds
  • Microsoft Excel experience
