What You'll Do As an HR Partner, you'll serve as a strategic advisor and trusted resource to managers across our NH and MA regions. You'll support the full employee lifecycle-from onboarding through growth and development-and help ensure that every step reflects our mission and values. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Workplace Learning teams, you'll:
- Coach and support managers in performance management, employee relations, and team development.
- Help identify and nurture high-potential employees for internal growth.
- Participate in workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
- Interpret and guide HR policies in ways that enhance our inclusive culture.
- Use HR data to shape strategies that improve engagement and retention.
- Assist in delivering and refining employee training programs.
- Navigate complex employee relations matters with fairness, empathy, and consistency.
Who You Are You're a strategic HR professional who sees people as the heart of every organization. You understand that strong, compassionate leadership builds thriving teams, and you're passionate about supporting both. You bring confidence, thoughtfulness, and a genuine curiosity to your work, always looking for meaningful ways to support the employee and manager experience. You'll need:
- 3-5 years of HR experience, including performance management and employee relations.
- A strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational culture.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- SHRM-CP/SCP preferred (or willingness to obtain within one year).
- Valid driver's license and background check required.
