Alamo St.San Antonio, Texas, 78215United StatesJob Summary And DescriptionThe HR Partner serves one or more of the Alamo Colleges Campuses as the primary contact for onsite leadership, faculty, staff and supervisors requiring advice, guidance and assistance with employment related questions and coordinates with the District HR staff for additional support to fully support the campus. The HR Partner is accountable for administering and supporting policies, procedures and programs that will develop and sustain an inclusive, collaborative and high-performance culture. The HR Partner is responsible for managing and facilitating all delivery of Employee Relations policies, procedures and activities to a campus, and provides proactive HR leadership, guidance, mentoring and coaching/training to the campus community in order to promote positive workplace culture.QualificationsTo view a complete job description, click here.Minimum Education and Experience:
