Objectives/Purpose

The Human Resources Partner provides HR Generalist support to the BioLife Plasma Services network, supporting designated districts, and helping to coordinate, implement, and monitor HR programs and policies across various plasma center locations. This role involves training and coaching management on employment-related matters and assisting in implementing HR strategies across the organization. Serves as a key business partner to center and district management.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Support organizational initiatives in leadership development, performance management, compensation, employee training, and recognition systems.
  • Partner with management to support employee engagement and retention efforts.
  • Conduct in-person employee listening sessions and provide recommendations based on feedback.
  • Develop, implement, and support HR programs to enhance business effectiveness.
  • Analyze trends in turnover, hiring, promotions, and grievances to recommend preventative actions.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and effective investigations.
  • Participate in local talent planning and support leadership assessment processes.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet workforce planning and hiring strategies.
  • Provide management training and facilitate HR training sessions.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to inform HR strategies.
  • Support leave of absence processes and manage reasonable accommodations.
  • Perform other HR and business projects as assigned.
Education, Behavioral Competencies, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of HR generalist experience required.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Information
  • Willingness to travel up to 50-60%, including overnight trips.
Compensation and Benefits

Location: California - Virtual

Salary Range: $111,800 - $175,670

Salary depends on experience, skills, and location. U.S. employees may be eligible for incentives, benefits, and paid time off.
