Hr Operations Lead - Stratasys : Job Details

HR Operations & HRIS Systems, Data & Process Maintains the HRIS systems including the monitoring of data interfaces between other business systems such as; payroll, Oracle, Active Directory, etc. Collaborates with the HR, Payroll & IT teams to evaluate & execute effective HR Operations process and systems to support the organization and drive Global alignment Acts as subject matter expert on all HR Operations systems & processes Generates HR audits or system reviews to identify and correct data inaccuracies within the HRIS systems Completes monthly internal SOX audits on core HR data as well as supporting the annual external SOX audit Serves as the global HRIS system admin for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module. Owns configuration changes, enhancement tracking, system troubleshooting, and UAT testing.
