We are seeking a HR Operations Content Specialist at Danaher Diagnostics who will play a pivotal role in supporting and implementing strategic HR initiatives while overseeing and enhancing our content management processes. In this role, you will contribute to HR-related projects and manage, create, and maintain articles across platforms such as SharePoint and ServiceNow, utilizing AI tools to optimize content delivery and management. This position reports to the Director, HR Shared Services Transformation Office and is part of the Human Resources Function located in Chaska, Minnesota and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Project Management: Collaborate with teams across different countries and operating companies (OpCo's) to guide and coach them on maintaining and creating articles. Ensure teams are self-sufficient in content creation and updates.
  • Content Development: Write and curate high-quality knowledge articles with a keen understanding of what makes content effective and engaging. Ensure articles are well-structured and informative, utilizing best practices for content creation within platforms like ServiceNow.
  • SharePoint Management: Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and organized to support strategic objectives.
  • HR Policy Harmonization: Review HR policies and provide recommendations for alignment and consistency across the DX Platform OpCo's. Leverage AI tools to analyze policy data and identify opportunities for harmonization and improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate on diverse projects aimed at identifying and implementing efficiency improvements. Work closely with multiple teams to support initiatives that drive cost savings and enhance operational excellence across the organization.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in SharePoint site management and ServiceNow.
  • Proven experience in project management, technical writing and experience with HR policies and processes.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to adapt and optimize content processes.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content management.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Ability to work on multiple projects and provide support across different areas as needed.
  • Strategic mindset to foresee future business needs.
  • Flexibility to jump into various tasks and projects beyond core content management responsibilities.

The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 $95,000.00 USD. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
