Job Description
Apex Clean Energys People Operations team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our Human Resources department. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will provide support across HR functions including talent acquisition, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, and HR data analytics. A strong analytical mindset is crucial for tracking and reporting HR KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
