Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator Join the Home Instead Team! What Youll Do

Be the first friendly voice for every new job inquiry

Recruit, interview, and onboard top-notch Care Pros

Plan and lead engaging orientations & ongoing training

Keep our Care Pros motivated and appreciated with creative retention programs

Collaborate with our scheduling team to ensure great client/caregiver matches

Build relationships with schools, job fairs, and community partners

Track recruiting & retention success and celebrate wins!

Serve as On-Call Coordinator one week each month (handling overnight and weekend calls) with additional pay! Why Youll Love Working Here

What Were Looking For

- Strong people skills and a positive, can-do attitude

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)

- Previous recruiting, HR, or office experience preferred (but not required!)

- Must have a valid drivers license

- Willingness to participate in the monthly on-call rotation
