Hr Generalist Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support and execute onboarding and offboarding procedures, championing a seamless employee experience.
- Address employee relations matters by resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Lead training and development initiatives, enhancing employee growth opportunities.
- Assist in benefits administration and performance management activities.
- Work collaboratively with leadership to implement strategies for enhanced workforce engagement, diversity, and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred).
- Experience in human resources (typically 2-5 years or more).
- Familiarity with HR systems/software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices; ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in human resources administration, including payroll processing and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to maintain accurate employee records.
- Experience handling onboarding processes and recruitment activities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to address employee concerns effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in managing open enrollment processes and related benefit functions.
- Solid understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements.
