Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support and execute onboarding and offboarding procedures, championing a seamless employee experience.
  • Address employee relations matters by resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Lead training and development initiatives, enhancing employee growth opportunities.
  • Assist in benefits administration and performance management activities.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to implement strategies for enhanced workforce engagement, diversity, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred).
  • Experience in human resources (typically 2-5 years or more).
  • Familiarity with HR systems/software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices; ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human resources administration, including payroll processing and benefits management.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Experience handling onboarding processes and recruitment activities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to address employee concerns effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in managing open enrollment processes and related benefit functions.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements.
