Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring an HR Generalist for a large, well-known client in Defiance, OH. As an HR Generalist, you'll provide support in all areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration. This role ensures HR processes and procedures are effectively implemented, compliant with company policies, and aligned with federal and state regulations. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($28-$30/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st 7 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday. This will begin as an hourly role and will transition to salaried upon hire-in.
