Job Title: HR Generalist - 25-06185 Job Duration: 12 Months Job Location: Southfield, MI - 48033 Client: Client Pay Rate: $ 22.00/hr. on w2 USC, GC, GC-EADSkills Matrix:
  • Bachelor's in Human Resource Management or Associate's with related certification
  • 2+ years in a similar support role within talent acquisition/training or fast-paced support function
  • Proficient with the life cycle of talent acquisition
  • Interview calendar invite, evaluation, follow, offer packet
  • Assist candidate with any needed travel and reimbursements
  • Initiate and monitor background checks
  • Create new requisitions, copy and maintain job description database
  • SuccessFactors, Computer Based Training modules/LMS and SAP - Required
  • Must have working expertise of MS Office and MS Teams
  • Strong coaching, communication, and training skills

Responsibilities:
  • Create new requisitions in SuccessFactors
  • Post roles to job boards
  • Copy and maintain job description database
  • Move candidates to various stages in SuccessFactors
  • Book interviews in Outlook/Teams and send confirmations to candidate and interview panel
  • Follow up on Interview Evaluation Form
  • Ensure offer packet is sent
  • Initiate and monitor background checks
  • Candidate follow-up as needed
  • Hiring candidate in SuccessFactors and pushing hire to payroll
  • Assist candidate with any needed travel and reimbursements
  • Conduct candidate screens for selected roles (usually more entry level)
  • Facilitating the development, implementation, and documentation of employee training to ensure compliance with Site and Corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with EHS staff to support training and development activities.
  • Utilizing your knowledge of SuccessFactors - assess training needs, run reports, etc.
  • Assessing training gaps and contact manager or EHS staff to ensure correct training are assigned.
