HR Generalist II - Urology - UCLA Health : Job Details

The Human Resources Generalist II is responsible for supporting and coordinating HR services, policies, and programs for the Department of Urology. Specific areas of responsibility include HR Administration, Leave Coordination, Benefits, HR Compliance, Payroll Management, and Staffing/ Recruitment and Employee/ Labor Relations in conjunction with UCLA Health HR. In this role you will assess and anticipate HR-related needs and communicates proactively with direct supervisor, HR Manager/ Director, and UCLA Health HR. Please note that this contract role may convert to career. Pay Range: $31.51 - $62.64 hourly. Job Qualifications Required:Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-3 years in General Human Resources experience or in specific responsibility area 1-3 years of experience Microsoft Office.
