The HR Director for Eatons Power Delivery & Regulation Division (PDRD) provides strategic HR leadership for a $1.2 B business with ~1,500 employees across four manufacturing sites. The Power Delivery & Regulation Division (PDRD) plays a vital role in defining and executing competitive solutions to respond to the macro trends specific to energy transition, electrification, and grid resilience. Reporting directly to the SVP/ GM of PDRD, this role partners with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, drive a positive and inclusive culture, and build organizational capability during a period of growth and operational expansion for the division.
