We are looking for an HR Director to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and foster a positive workplace culture
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent
- Implement effective talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and training initiatives
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, teamwork, and employee well-being
- Oversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration, payroll, and HRIS management
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, keeping them updated to reflect changes in legislation and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of HR experience with demonstrated progressive responsibility
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful HR strategies and initiatives
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
