About the Role:
- s our Director of Human Resources, you'll lead HR strategy and operations, shaping our workforce to support business goals. You'll oversee talent management, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and more-ensuring our HR practices drive growth, engagement, and legal compliance.
- This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, working closely with executives while managing day-to-day HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and budgets that align with company strategy.
- Talent & Development: Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management to build a strong, skilled team.
- Employee Relations: Resolve workplace issues, improve morale, and foster a positive work environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive pay structures and manage benefits programs, including 401(k) administration.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to labor laws (EEOC, OSHA, wage/hour, etc.) and update policies as needed.
- Workplace Safety: Oversee Workers' Comp claims, OSHA reporting, and serve on the Safety Committee.
Required Experience & Education:
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 3 years at the Director level.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong HR generalist background with expertise in employment law.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in HR or related field.
- HR certifications ( PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CHHR).
- Healthcare/ Hospital industry and employee relations experience.
