HR Director, Hudson Yards Experiences - Related Partners : Job Details

The HR Director for Relateds Hudson Yards Experiences (HYE) division will be based at the companys NYC headquarters, working onsite full time. Reporting to Relateds Head of HR Business Partnering, this strategic role will support approximately 200 employees across HYE. The HR Director will oversee all facets of human resources, including talent strategy, organizational design, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background and experience working with dynamic and diverse employee populations.
