LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an HR Coordinator (Workday) for our Brentwood-based client. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity. If you're interested, please apply now. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the HR Department, primarily focusing on updating reports, employee engagement, and processing background checks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Location: Brentwood, TN. (Hybrid MUST be local) • Type: Temporary (3+ months) • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm • Compensation: $22-$27 per hour Responsibilities: • Pull reports and efficiently track HR operational data. • Review and update candidates on the status of their onboarding process. • Conduct background checks, motor vehicle checks, and schedule preemployment drug screens via Workday. • Act as the HR department liaison • Maintain applicant files including the preparation, I-9 verifications, and maintenance of all personnel files and related materials daily.
