Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations including onboarding, new hire paperwork, I-9 and E-Verify verification, and provide HR support to staff and management.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources is preferred
- Experience with Employee Onboarding
- Skills in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a staffing or recruitment agency is a plus
