Job Description Join our HR team as a Recruiting HR Coordinator to support hiring and onboarding! We need an organized, detail-oriented professional to attract top talent and streamline recruitment. Key Responsibilities:

• Post jobs on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
• Coordinate career fairs (booth setup, materials, expenses).
• Update job descriptions for consistency and compliance.
• Enhance candidate experience with timely communication and interview scheduling.
• Conduct reference checks and manage bulk communications.
• Support recruiters with virtual/in-person interview logistics.
• Administer background checks, I-9s, DOT, and drug screenings.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS (iCIMS).
• Coordinate onboarding (IT requests, orientation, documents).
• Collaborate with HR and departments like Fleet for onboarding.
• Compile recruitment reports and keep records organized.
• Support HR projects and improve recruitment processes.
• Attend supervisor check-ins and shape your development plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years in HR/recruitment.
• Familiar with ATS (iCIMS preferred).
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of background checks and onboarding processes.
