Brief Description

Brief Description Mission: The mission of The Guild for Human Services is to educate, encourage and empower individuals with intellectual disabilities so they may achieve their full potential to lead high-quality lives and participate meaningfully in the community. Major Duties/Responsibilities:: Responsible for new employee on boarding, orientation cycles, maintaining employee records and licensing compliance

• Coordinate employee onboarding process.
• Enter new employees in payroll system and cross checks with Payroll Coordinator for new hire accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with Department chiefs regarding new hire start dates.
• Complete Benefits Administration.
• Respond to inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
• Assist with diverse audit preparations.

Requirements

• An associate's degree from a recognized institution and/or any combination of training and experience which demonstrates a capability to perform the functions of the position.
• Willingness to perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of computer programs necessary for the position (Microsoft Suite)
• Knowledge of UKG Ready a plus
• Valid drivers license
• Must meet Massachusetts background check requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
