Our clinical engagement and understanding of chronic kidney disease ensures better care and outcomes across the spectrum of CKD-ESRD patients.Role is Remote; Looking for someone in CST or MST.8am-5pmThe HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting both the HRIS and provider recruiting functions. This position is responsible for a range of administrative and operational tasks related to employee data management, HR process coordination, and provider recruitment support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities across HR teams.Responsibilities include:Work directly with the HRIS team and the IMO team to collect, verify, and consolidate employee data from multiple entities into a centralized HRISAssist with the coordination of HR processes during acquisitions, and expansionsSchedule and coordinate integration-related training, town halls, and Q&A sessions for staffCoordinate the warm hand-off of practice managers to HR Business partners after acquisition.Enter, update, and audit employee data in the HR systemMaintain and update provider recruiting databases and tracking systemsSupport provider candidate interview logistics and experienceMaintain organized digit files and documentation for ongoing HR initiativesProvide administrative support for HR projects, including meeting coordination, documentation preparation, and other dutiesAssist in preparing presentation materials for internal and external HR presentationsPerform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detailPerform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requestedQualifications:Associates' degree or equivalent experience.2 years or more in HR, specifically, in an HR specialist and/or customer service role.Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience using HRIS software is a plus.Experienced in collaborating across diverse teams and organizational levels .Demonstrates strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skillsProactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionPossesses excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionThe Company is committed to the principles of equal employment.
