Soni is hiring for a dynamic client seeking an HR Coordinator with a strong interest in recruiting and a passion for people. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who brings a can-do attitude, energy, and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Support full-cycle recruiting: posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding
• Assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including employee communications and administrative support
• Help plan and execute employee events and internal culture initiatives
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in ADP
• Partner with the team to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience

What We're Looking For:

• 12 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or event coordination
• Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanorsomeone who enjoys being the go-to person
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with ADP is a plus
• Associates or Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field

Compensation: $62,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. #SONITN Seniority level
