Description:
Under the supervision of the Senior Benefits Analyst, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for administrative duties for human resources matters related to: tracking and updating employee records, support the hiring, promotion, transfer and termination process, interface with key internal and external stakeholders; and assist in a wide range of matters including interpretation and application of regulations, rules and other policies. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company's talent pipeline and support of corporate initiatives.

Education:
Bachelors' Degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at business level proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
Meticulous attention to detail ability to spot errors and work with complex & detailed, highly confidential information.
Flexibility in a variety of situations to include, but not limited to, working hours and various time zones.
High degree of professionalism with the ability to relate to all levels of management.
Proactive, flexible and able to manage a number of conflicting priorities.
Exposure to federal and state labor laws
Strong team player who is self-motivated; proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team; ability to drive and track multiple tasks and projects; dependable, and punctual; must be detailed oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Possesses a problem-solving attitude; excellent responsiveness; high level of resilience.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
