Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process with the relevant stakeholders and track recruitment status.
- Recruit, interview, select and onboard applicants.
- Coordinate local candidate attraction measures such as special postings or career fairs.
- Serve as advisor to management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering HR programs, policies and procedures, and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate HR programs, policies and procedures.
- Create, process, verify, and maintain personnel related data and documentation, including staffing, recruitment, time and attendance, discipline, performance and compensation.
- Advise managers and employees on matters of HR related compliance.
- Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws by completing reporting requirements, auditing HR documentation, and following established procedures.
