We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources Consulting team to provide HR support to our various clients. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is interested in broadening their HR experience and will provide the right individual the opportunity to learn and grow their HR skill set as a member of our collaborative Human Resources Consulting team. This is a hybrid role, with a few days a week working in our Norwalk, CT office. The HR professional we are seeking typically will handle the following tasks, based on client needs: Auditing, correcting and maintaining physical and digital employee documents and files Administration of benefits, including monthly benefit reconciliations, enrollments/terms from client systems and benefit platforms, and answering employee questions Employee onboarding, including offer letter generation and processing new hire paperwork Termination administration HRIS support - working in various systems Supporting our senior HR team as n...HR Coordinator, Coordinator, HRIS, Benefits, Administrative, Insurance, Support
