Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR team, including front office operations, process control, and file maintenance (electronic and paper). Serves as a point of contact to applicants and staff in person, by phone, or via electronic communications. Provides information and assistance for a broad range of HR-related functions. Assists with projects and processes as needed, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating events, generating reports, conducting onboarding appointments, data entry, and maintenance in various systems.

  • Maintenance/Tracking monitor the tuition assistance program, run and audit monthly reports, process check requests, manage employee ID badges and parking passes, maintain employee files, electronic PAFs.
  • LMS administrator responsibilities and other administrative support to the IPM HR team.
  • Implements policies and procedures in coordination with Corporate direction.
  • Demonstrates service excellence and professionalism with a strong motivation to achieve optimum results.
  • Direct responsibility for daily operations, inventory, overseeing IT and managed care initiatives.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, Licensure, Training & Travel Requirements (if applicable):

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in business or healthcare-related field is required; in lieu of a degree, candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience.
  • High School or GED required. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP OR CHHR certifications preferred.

Work experience:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare environment.
