At White Glove Home care, we are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality home care services that support the dignity and independence of those we serve. We are seeking a detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and proactive HR Compliance Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and ensure we maintain full compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws, and agency standards. Position Overview: The HR Compliance Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining compliance across all HR-related processes and documentation. This position ensures that our workforce meets all regulatory, licensing, and internal policy requirements. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of HR compliance in a home care setting and a passion for process improvement and organizational integrity. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure employee files are complete, accurate, and compliant with state, federal, and agency-specific requirements
• Track and manage licensure, credentialing, and training renewals for staff and caregivers
• Conduct internal audits of personnel records and HR systems to ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH), HIPAA, and labor law standards
• Assist with policy updates and ensure distribution and acknowledgment by all staff
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain compliance across training, payroll, and scheduling functions
• Monitor and report on compliance trends and recommend improvements as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field is a plus
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or home care environment
• Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements, including labor laws, HIPAA, and DOH regulations
• Proficiency in HRIS and document management systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in spanish
