The Business Partner is responsible for aligning Hospital goals by providing HR solutions supporting these initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role working with HR team members and service line management to create integrated solutions related to staffing and recruiting, performance management, employee development, compensation and benefits, training, union and employee relations issues. Qualifications: Ideal candidate will have demonstrated business acumen with proven track record of providing value added solutions to key business stakeholders.
