DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESProvides a high level HR service and strategic guidance to client groupsAdministers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and proceduresRegularly consults with management on HR mattersAssists in the performance evaluation program and provides feedbackResponsible for all aspects of recruitment for various levels within the organizationHandles complex employee relations issues, conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionFacilitates coaching and collaborates with Talent Management to identify training needsMaintains and enters data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)Compiles and analyzes information to provide management with useful, actionable reportsMaintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment, record keeping and reportingPerforms other related duties as required and assignedSKILLSProven ability to handle full cycle recruitmentConsiderable experience working with management handling employee relationsStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, teamwork and relationship managementSkilled in identifying HR needs and implementationExcellent attention to detailProven ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing prioritiesAbility to display sound judgement and provide strategic HR supportQUALIFICATIONBachelor's degree from accredited university with strong academic record or equivalent, relevant HR experience5 + years of recent HR experience in a progressively more complex HR roleStrong communication skills, including written and oral communicationProven ability to work independently with good initiativeAbility to travel to field offices with occasional overnight requirementsProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferredValid Driver's License and acceptable pre-employment background and drug test#J-18808-Ljbffr
